Photo ID
Passport or driver licence. Every NZ practice must verify who you are before it can act.
Proof of address
A rates notice, bank statement or utility bill from the last three months.
The document
The agreement, lease, letter or will — the whole thing, including the pages you think do not matter.

We run a conflict check before taking the file. Faster if we have the names when you arrive.
Signing a will or an enduring power of attorney takes about forty minutes. A first conveyancing meeting takes about half an hour. We will tell you which documents to bring when we confirm the time.
